Postage and packing is added when you check out. Postal costs are calculated by the total weight of the single or multiple items in your order.

In general, Parcelforce 48hr will currently be the choice of delivery — but if you have a preference, please say so and shipping costs can be recalculated for you.

Apologies, but currently I only ship within the UK.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Stock availability is verified on the website, so when it's gone there is no more until the next shop drop.

Although items are dishwasher safe, it is recommended that they are hand washed.

I reserve the right to change prices from time to time, but the price quoted when you place your order is the price you will be charged.

Please note that no amendments can be made — either to the goods ordered or to customer details — once an order has been placed, and once an order has been confirmed I am unable to cancel it. If an order is made by mistake, please contact me immediately so I can resolve any issues you have with your order.

All sizes and measurements are approximate.

I want you to be happy and satisfied with your pottery purchase — please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about your purchases from this site.

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order, you may return it — unused, in its original packaging, with all relevant documentation — within 28 days of delivery. Belle Whittaker pottery will refund the value of the goods returned (excluding delivery costs) within 28 days of receipt of the return, without further charge to you. It is not possible to refund the costs of returning the goods.

Should an item be faulty, however, it will be replaced at no extra charge. I will always pack items carefully, but if there is any damage on receipt of an item please take pictures and contact me.

Please note that returned items do not become my responsibility until received at the returns address. It is recommended that the goods are well packed and returned by a recorded delivery service, or with proof of postage.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
